We are Clarity House Cleaning. A cleaning company based out of San Diego focused on deep cleaning and service bundles. We aim to both elevate the lifestyle of our clients, but also the level of clean in their home that no other company can match.

The future of the cleaning industry

The industry is full of distressed workers and low quality service. Often times this industry is a race to the bottom where workers are treated poorly, paid even worse, and are expected to clean entire homes within only an hour. This not only creates poor results, but it doesn’t help sustain a healthy culture for both the company the workers are employed by or for the client. This type of cleaning service introduces a negative energy to people’s homes that can negatively impact the client’s mental well being. Our holistic approach to business can be seen as uncompetitive, however the clients that we cater to enjoy the feeling of clarity they recieve when our team enters their home. Not only are our employees paid well above market rate (20 to 30 dollars per hours), but due to this pay rate, they can operate with a lower level of stress that translates to a meticuluous level of clean that is unmatched in the industry. The Importance of Cleaning

The industry of cleaning and sanitation is essential to keeping cities and our lives running smoothly, and with many of our clients working from home, your home is now the center of your mental well being. This requires an extremely clean environment in order to think clearly, and we cater to those that need this. We aim to replace companies that don’t pay their workers fairly, and don’t deliver on the level of clean their clients want.

Levels of cleaning

In cleaning there are several types of cleaning: Disinfection, detailed disinfection, degreasing and disinfection, and restoration. Disinfection is mainly a maintenance service where we are keeping the high traffic areas clean. This means that we are going to clean areas such as entrances, kitchens, bathrooms, and floors to maintain the overall look and feel of a space. A detailed disinfection is for homes that could be considered clean at first glance, but are actually dirty in crevices and not clean to the standards that let’s say a hospital would deem acceptable. With detailed disinfections, we aim to clean every nook and cranny, be it dusting, but also cleaning by killing viruses and bacteria so the space is truly clean from top to bottom. Degreasing and disinfection is often a service meant for kitchens and bathrooms where we are rooming hydrocarbons that have built up on surfaces leaving browning and sticky residue as well as killing viruses and bacteria that are built up. Often times degreasing and disinfection is a deep clean or move out/move in clean. Then there is restoration where restoration companies will restore buildings to how they looked before with a process of deconstruction, construction, drying, degreasing, and disinfecting.

Our Services and Bundle Savings Example

We focus on detailed disinfection (deep cleaning) and disinfection cleaning (regular cleaning). We also bundle services together to give high value. For example, if you bundle house cleaning (let’s say it’s $250 for regular cleaning) and monthly detailing ($140 sedan size vehicle exterior/interior cleaning/disinfection), we would discount this by 20%. This would go from $390/mo. to $312/mo. If you were to opt for our Complete Care Plan, you could have regular solar panel cleaning ($250), driveway pressure washing ($800), roof washing ($2,000), window cleaning (inside/outside, $400), monthly house cleaning ($250), and monthly at home auto detailing ($140) which would normally be $8,780 for the year (1 month and 6 month cleaning intervals) would only be $439 a month (40% savings) with our Complete Care Plan. This would keep everything you own clean and looking its best. You can also increase the frequency of cleaning to reach up to 60% off. An example of this would be let’s say you want to opt for weekly house cleaning and auto detailing instead of monthly and you also want window cleaning monthly instead of semi-annually. This increased frequency means we don’t have to spend as much time deep cleaning and so we can pass those labor savings on to you.
